This page covers getdecern.co: what the site collects, why, who handles it, and how to have it deleted. The material you share with Decern in a pilot or as a customer is covered by the agreement we sign with you, not by this page.

What this site collects

Nothing, until you send the request form. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies. Its fonts and images are served from this domain.

Like any website, the company that hosts it records technical data about each request, such as IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use that data to identify you.

The request form

When you ask for a demo, we receive your name, work email, company, role and, if you choose, how you heard about Decern. We use it for one thing: to reply to you and arrange what you asked for. We never add you to a mailing list and never sell or share it.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a request you made. We keep it while we are in contact about it, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask.

Who handles it

Two kinds of provider handle data for us: the company that hosts this site, and the companies that deliver the form to our inbox and hold our email. They act on our instructions only. Where one of them processes data outside the EU or EEA, the transfer rests on the EU standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you can object to how we use it. Write to info@getdecern.co and we will answer within 30 days. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
